Redskins waive DE Worthington and TE Peterson, add WR Henderson, K Potter

Updated, 5:38 p.m. The Washington Redskins have given defensive end Doug Worthington and tight end DeAngelo Peterson the waived-injured designation, the team confirmed. They also announced that they have signed former New Orleans Saint Devery Henderson, making him the second wide receiver signed by the team on Wednesday. Earlier, they signed Donte Stallworth.
